I'm so pleased with this bag. It's exactly what I need as an everyday "briefcase" carry, but also works overtime as an art bag on weekend tromps. It's handsome, sporty, and rugged.

I got the 16 liter Llbean colorway version. It is moron proof. About once a week I empty the contents of my water bottle into it from not closing the lid.

Water does not escape the compartment the bottle was in. Everything else inside is dry except what was with the bottle. And it doesn’t leak so I get to do the walk of shame and pour the water out of the bag into the work sink.

High quality and perfect size for commuting daily (walk/train). I really appreciate the “tote” dimensions, deeper than typical satchels/briefcases, and zipper top is great. Just an overall great, simple, everyday bag. Depth-wise, I’ve easily fit my laptop and a six pack. Also customer service was A+++++ ordered the wrong color and they got back to me right away and sent out the right one instead.

I scoured the internet and this the perfect bag for daily use and maximizing under-seat storage on an airplane. It's lightweight, tough, and has the right feature set. The format (taller than it is wide) and the front zip pocket are crucial features. It also looks fantastic.

One problem: I travel with this bag filled to the brim often (20 or 30 lbs of stuff) and the seam by where the strap connects ripped during normal usage. I'll be making use of my lifetime warranty, but be warned that sadly this bag is not bomb-proof if you plan to carry heavy loads. I will continue using it though because there is no better bag out there.
