Sales and Marketing Manager, Full-time  

Flowfold’s Sales and Marketing Manager is a highly-visible and central position for the company. You will be responsible for leading our Wholesale Sales and Direct to Consumer Sales & Marketing strategies. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work with multiple teams at Flowfold, serving as a liaison among the various functions that feed into and support the company’s sales, especially the operations, wholesale, e-commerce product, and customer service teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Sales and Marketing:

• Help Flowfold’s online sales—from product launches to merchandising (categorizing, optimizing, etc.) to reporting on and analyzing website metrics and sales. 

• Help define sales and marketing goals, measuring and reporting performance to stakeholders and adjusting priorities accordingly. 

• Own and oversee Flowfold’s annual marketing calendar—planning regular customer communications, product launches, and seasonal marketing campaigns. 

• Wholesale Sales: support our wholesale sales channel. Create specific marketing strategies built to grow our current customer base and reach new customers. Out of state travel to trade shows required. 

• Work on the development of collaborations with brands we can partner with that elevate our brand.

• Presenting and executing creative, low-cost (or even free!) marketing strategies. 

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions that optimize Flowfold’s product assortment and online merchandising strategy.

• Manage customer service and social media accounts.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product design, production, and wholesale sales, to enhance the online shopping experience.

• Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer acquisition costs.

• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

• Own and manage Flowfold’s marketing calendar.

• Main contact for contract agencies responsible for implementing web and Amazon efforts.

Content:

• Copywriting and visuals to support communications via email and social media platforms.

• Help initiate and organize user-generated content and influencers to support growth goals in a budget-friendly strategy. 

• Lead creative in regards to all aspects of photo/video shoots - including shoots performed by employees of the company and those performed by contract. To include location scouting, scheduling, budgeting, developing mood boards and shot lists, styling and propping. All with the goal of building a versatile library of creative assets to support year-round marketing ventures.

• Revitalized brand story and recognition. Taking a deeper dive into the look and feel of the brand, what we want it to say and how it might be communicated better and more consistently.

• Support and maintain creative file management and organization systems, so everything is easy to access for everyone.

Product:

• Responsible for the Voice of the Customer and ensuring it is communicated and understood for product development and catalog management. 

• Contribute to a unique design-supported-marketing approach to product development. As in having a small part of the initial design process of new products to help support marketing and success of products.
