I used as my personal item under the airplane seat and also to carry an extra layer, umbrella, water and snacks while walking around San Francisco. The bag holds a lot and wearing cross body while full is still comfortable. I know I’ll be reaching for this bag over and over since it’s so versatile.

This is a great everyday bag if you carry a fair amount of stuff. For my purposes the small would be better for everyday. I’ll get it eventually but for now I’m using the medium — it’s quite roomy and the right size for a wallet, phone, keys, water bottle, a book and magazine, and a sweater or workout clothes.

When flying recently we were told to put all medications and critical items in the hand bag that goes under the seat in case they didn’t have room for the carry-on and had to check them. My husband used this medium shoulder bag which was generic enough to not look like a women’s purse. It was large enough for medication and supplements, a pair of ballroom dance shoes, a thick paperback, earphones, 2 sets of glasses, hair brush, chocolate and face masks. The zipper pouch was perfect for the supplements which were in little plastic bags and the other open pouches were good for organization. The outside zipper pouch was useful too but the outside side pouches were not big enough for water bottles, especially if the bag is full. I wanted a waterproof bag because people spill drinks on planes. This bag was perfect and attractive.

I purchased this bag to replace another flowfold bag that was under warranty. I wanted the same size crossbody bag but they were sold out. I reluctantly purchased this larger crossbody bag. I am so happy that I did. The color is beautiful and the fabric is lightweight and easy to clean. I can fit reusable bags in it for when I go grocery shopping and even have room for more The pockets are nice and big and the zipper is exceptional. Thank you Flowfold.

The size is perfect to use as an everyday bag for work, for shopping around town or for using on a hike. The strap adjusts to a long length, which I prefer (not all bags do) and can be made shorter if/when needed. It's also wonderfully light weight. I have this bag in several other colors, my favorite being a two tone sold at LLBean I'd love to see the bag offered in more two tone combinations. I highly recommend it!
